Customer Service

WorkOasis maintains a dedicated toll free customer service support hotline, (866) 641-3919 ext. 210, from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm EST at no charge to all end users, vendors, and support personnel. Technical support is available 24-hours a day, via our online support request system.

Software Development

WorkOasis provides optional custom software development on an hourly or contract basis to support our customers’ needs for application enhancements and requirements specific to their enterprise.

Integration Services

WorkOasis supports the integration of a broad array of 3rd party software applications and specialty software products, including ERP software, integrated voice response systems (IVR), energy management systems (EMS), and commercial real estate applications, through an optional, two-way .net data exchange, including:
  • PeopleSoft
  • SAP
  • Oracle
  • JD Edwards
The only requirement is that the system to be integrated needs to be web-service compatible.


Vendor Certification and Registration

WorkOasis provides an optional service to our customers to help register and train their vendor base. Services in vendor support include:
  • Registration support – which is comprised of contacting the vendor, explaining the program, and assisting them with the certification process; including the selection of service categories, geographic coverage, and assistance in uploading insurance documentation.
  • Vendor training – which includes web-based seminars on system use, portal capabilities, and a toll free telephone hotline.
  • Technical and operational support for all authorized vendor personnel for questions related to optimizing system use.
  • Inclusion as a certified vendor in the WorkOasis national service directory.


Asset Tagging and Site Surveys

WorkOasis provides an optional capability to physically survey each location and conduct condition assessments, energy management, and asset inventory and tagging services, and the upload of this information into the WorkOasis platform.
